This coffee was roasted with filter and espresso brewing in mind emphasizing impressions of creamed honey, caramel, and dates reminiscent of Nutella spread on ginger bread cookies.
The coffee was produced by various smallholder farms in the community of Beirut in Amazonas, Peru. The coffee was roasted by The Angry Roaster in Toronto, Ontario.

Operating in Regina, Saskatchewan on Treaty Four Territory, Pause engages in sustained relationship with roasters across Canada who are focused toward inclusive and equity-minded partnerships with their coffee producing partners either through engaged correspondence with their importing partners, or through direct trade relationships with the producers.
